IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid delivery address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the order will be refunded but the shipping costs will be deducted (including orders with free shipping promotion) from the refund.

We ship with USPS only.

High value orders (starting at $100), are shipped with signature confirmation service. Returning customers may request foregoing this service. Please leave a comment with your order if you would like to have delivery without signature required.

Processing times: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays and some Fridays are shipped on the next business day. During holidays, see shipping times in special announcements on our website.

Privacy: We respect privacy of our customers. All orders are shipped in plain mailers or cardboard boxes without our logo. Our address will state the following:

However, international shipping requires declaring the items being shipped; therefore, the shipping label/customs declaration form will state "hosiery".
