Before returning merchandise, please check below if your item qualifies for a return. It is advisable to contact us before returning any item if you are unsure if the conditions for a return are met.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Please note that we cannot exchange items that are out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Although it is an extreme rarity when there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will offer a full refund or exchange for products with such defects upon receipt of the faulty product. Contact us to request a return shipping label for returning faulty merchandise.
Unworn and unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned for a refund within twenty-one (21) days from the date the order was shipped. We are sorry but, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn hosiery or items with opened packaging.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation e-mail or through your account.
Orders cancelled on the next day are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you received free shipping and handling as part of our promotion, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs with returning merchandise. Items should be returned in secure packaging with bubble wrap or similar. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the return process; therefore, we recommend using insured mail with tracking number if you have any concerns.
All returned items must receive our quality approval. Items should be unworn in the original, undamaged packaging, with original tags still attached.
Returns will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Any refund will be in the manner of payment. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for credit card refunds.
Refunds will not be given for products used, or with damages caused by misuse or neglect. Items returned to us in violation of this return policy will not be accepted.
